Despite a high-tech wristwatch designed to curb any appetite he may have for his classmates, he and his zombie friends remain unpopular with the school’s most influential group, the pom-pom wielding cheerleaders. Never one to back down from a challenge, Zed sets out to improve zombie student body relations and win the attention of Addison, the cheerleading squad’s newest member.”

"Because the staff was busy with the impending softball game, they were spared the typical traumatic event that often plagues the hospital's halls. But a sanitation worker sustained major injuries after he fell off the back of his garbage truck and was then run over by a car. The most significant of his wounds was the damage done to his hand. Essentially, it was beyond repair. That is until Callie learned of his wood-carving abilities. Keeping the faith, and having faith in her own "artistic" abilities, she took it upon herself to fix the unfixable. And she did. She built the guy a hand from scratch."- EW.com
9.1.11 Straw Dogs premieres Sept.16th in theaters all over the US. Watch the theater listings in your town for dates and times.
Drew plays Bic, one of the "straw dogs". "Four local guys working on the barn next to the house that Kate Bosworth and
James Marsden are inheriting; it’s actually Kate Bosworth’s old family house. These are small town, Southern guys — former football players who kind of peaked in high school and have not really done much with their lives since. That kind of typical, good ol’ boy, beer-drinking, closed-minded kind of character. My character is named Bic and Bic is kind of the comic relief. You know it’s a pretty intense movie. He’s kind of a goofball, a sinister goofball, but a goofball nonetheless." - Drew Powell

Three of them step out to go out to a Doors concert, leaving two of their roommates behind. That's when a strange man appears on their doorstep...and something really, really bad happens."
